HAPPY SPRING! I made this cute little spring decor thingy while my kids played in the backyard. I am so thankful that it is warming up. Ethan sat in the swing outside for 45 mins. That was the first time in about 2 weeks that he has been content for that long. I am thankful for a great backyard and lots of little kids to play in it.
Funny story. I was using the scroll saw to cut this sign out and one of the little boys came to look at what I was doing. He was chatting away and his brain decided to say "my mom is skinny." I said, "yes she is." Because I was in a good mood I decided to bait him and ask him what that made me. He thought for a minute and said, "My mom says we shouldn't say fat." I just about wet myself I was laughing so hard. Lets call a duck a duck! I am fluffy cause I LOVE food and I don't exercise. I was not blessed with a high metabolism. I love to eat the wrong things and the wrong times. Any time that I exercise I end up wetting myself and I don't love to do it anyway. What am I supposed to think is going to happen to my body? Someday, I will lose weight. Someday, but not today!

oh man. you seriously crack me up. how's the house selling coming? our owners decided to sell our house, so it's on the market too. crazy times!
You hafta love what comes out of the mouths of babes, huh? Porter's kindergarten teacher told me today that her son (age 3 1/2) handed her an unsharpened pencil the other day and asked her if she could take it to school and "put a front on it".
I *heart* you! You so need to come back so we can be walking partners again. Oh wait, we never lost any weight doing that! ;D
you are hilarious! i had chats with Kiera after having the baby, she kept looking at my belly and I could tell her little cogs were turning...love kids they make me laugh and thank goodness or else we might not keep them around!
michelle, that's pretty funny. cute sign! you should hear what kids say about my freckles...except, I don't see the humor in it. my kids still ask me if i have a baby in my belly. and madison has actually grabbed a good handful of my belly in her hand. the truth hurts sometimes. love you to pieces!
geez, look at you miss suzy homemaker. you just decided to make that one afternoon? i would have to prepare to make something like that for a month at least.and then i would give up and not do it. you are a very crafty lady! isn't it fun to be fluffy? i am so the same way. can't seem to stop eating all the yummy bad food.
